It's important to be able to contact the proper businesses and suppliers, especially when organizing a "long distance" reunion. The following books can put you in touch with Chambers of Commerce, Convention & Visitors Bureaus, hotels, tour companies, airlines, etc. These books are in most libraries.

Phone Books--
To purchase any current phone book in the U.S., call 800/848-8000, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (PST). Visa or Mastercharge can be used, or if your local phone company is Pacific Bell or Nevada Bell, the charges can be added to your phone bill. The prices vary per size of phone book. Facts, Figures and Trivia--
Chronologies, yearly histories, old newspapers, and encyclopedia yearbooks (annual volumes) are good for finding interesting facts and figures for mailers, newsletters, and reunion programs. Your local library reference section is the place to start looking. Some good sources are:
