About Reunion Research
Reunion Research was started in 1982 by Tom Ninkovich for the purpose of:
Statement from Tom:
I am essentially a reunion anthropologist (but with no formal training). I gather information about reunions from the public and give it back to the public (and media) in a more useable form. Why do I do this? Because reunions are important. After talking to thousands of people who have planned or attended reunions, I am convinced that reunions are among the most important social events in our society. Over and over again I hear stories of how reunions have helped people see the value of their family, their past, their roots. With a positive attitude about their past, people can more clearly steer a path for their future. Reunions make better people and better people make a better society.
So I hope I have convinced you to try to make your next reunion the best it can be. Future generations will thank you more than you can know.
Many successful reunions to you.
